Model AS-40
Purpose: Personal, clip-on detector for workers who may encounter hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), methane/LEL, carbon monoxide (CO) and oxygen deficiency.
Key Sensors: H₂S - 0–200 ppm • CO - 0–1,000 ppm • O₂ - 0–25 %Vol • LEL (Catalytic) - 0–100 %LEL.
Connectivity: LTE-M, Bluetooth 5.0, and optional satellite fallback. Data streams to Insight™ Cloud or customer’s EHS via open REST API.

Stationary Multi-Gas Monitoring Station
Purpose: Fixed or semi-portable unit that provides continuous area monitoring for up to eight gases at critical points (wellheads, tank farms, battery rooms).
Sensor Suite (modular): Standard cartridge: H₂S, SO₂, CO, O₂, LEL, NH₃ • Expansion bay accepts CO₂, Cl₂, HCN, or VOC PID.
Power Options: 100–240 VAC, solar + battery pack (5-day autonomy), or 24 VDC.
Comms & Networking: Ethernet, Modbus TCP, LTE, LoRaWAN back-haul. Auto-relay data from nearby AS-400 wearables (mesh mode).
Alarm Outputs: Dual 10-A relays (horn/strobe), local 110 dB piezo, SMS/email escalation tree.

Gas Handling: Auto-switching two-bottle system (span + zero). Integrated pressure regulator and flow verification (< ±2 %).
